Experiencing the Body This body you see—whose body is it? I have no way of saying to myself, "This is my body." I have no way of directly experiencing this body for myself. Not experiencing funny little things called separation of the body—that is a neurological disorder. Many people have experienced the separation of their body. A neurological disorder can bring about the separation of the body—as if you are something different, you experience your own body. That is not what I'm talking about. I cannot separate myself at all because there is nothing here to separate myself from.
